1. Personal data and non-advisory disclaimer
You provide personally identifiable information (PII) and other records at your own risk. Share only what is necessary and never enter passwords for other services, identity document numbers or payment card details. Bankie provides information and tools for personal tracking and education only. Its information, services, market data and protection reviews do not constitute financial, investment, insurance, tax, legal or other professional advice, and do not create an adviser–client relationship. Verify information independently before acting. This notice does not limit Bankie SG’s data-protection obligations or any rights that cannot be excluded by law.
2. Using Bankie
Bankie is a personal record-keeping and educational planning service. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. Use the service only where lawful and only for records you are authorised to provide.
3. Your account and records
Provide accurate information, protect your password and sign out on shared devices. You are responsible for records and activity under your control. Do not enter bank login credentials, payment card details, identity document numbers or other people’s information without authority. You retain ownership of your records and give Bankie permission to process them only to operate, secure and support the service as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Financial information and estimates
Bankie does not execute trades, connect to your bank or provide regulated financial, investment, insurance, tax or legal advice. Quotes can be delayed, unavailable or incorrect. Manually entered prices do not update automatically. Protection reviews and optional AI outputs are estimates that may contain errors; they are not insurer quotations, eligibility decisions or guaranteed benefits. Verify figures with your provider and seek qualified advice before making decisions.
5. Acceptable use
Do not access another account, bypass security, introduce malware, overload the service, scrape or redistribute restricted market data, infringe intellectual property, or use Bankie for unlawful activity. Third-party data and services remain subject to their owners’ rights and applicable terms.
6. Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep Bankie available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy or recovery of every record. Keep your own copies of important information. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud.
7. Changes and ending use
You may stop using Bankie at any time and request account deletion through the contact in the Privacy Policy. We may restrict misuse or suspend service for security, legal or operational reasons. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where practicable and identify updated policy versions. New signup acceptance applies to the versions shown; it does not automatically record acceptance of future changes.
8. Operator, contact and applicable law
Bankie is operated by Bankie SG from Singapore. Contact hcubeleo@gmail.com for legal requests. These terms are governed by Singapore law, subject to any mandatory protections under the law applicable to you. Singapore courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Mandatory rights under applicable law continue to apply.
